You can take a guided tour or tour the facility on your own. As long as you are 21 or older, you can enjoy samples of products made by Coors after finishing the tour.

The Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave

Want to learn more about the culture of the Old West? The Buffalo Bill Museum and Grave is the spot for that. Here you will find several permanent exhibits that highlight research into Buffalo Bill’s life. The museum also has special exhibits that are displayed for short periods of time. Taking children to an art museum can be asking for trouble, but the Denver Art Museum is a real kid friendly place!

The Denver Art Museum is a destination for the whole family. Adults will enjoy the world famous Western Art Collection, Native American Gallery, and classical art. The museum has several programs for children of all ages – parents should first get the brochure Free Things for Kids to do Today at the admission desk. Kids have the opportunity to create, play, or just blow off steam.

In the Just for Fun Family Center, little ones can draw, crawl on a giant tortoise, play games, and touch real sculptures – a no-no in the rest of the museum. There are activities for very active children and the center is a good mid-tour spot for children who are beginning to get restless.

The Museum also offers Family Backpacks and Art Tubes to occupy children as the family tours the galleries. The backpack is stuffed with art projects to make, puzzles to occupy little fingers, and games to play. If you are pressed for time, the Art Tubes are smaller versions that offer the same creative opportunities.

Getting In And Out Of Denver

Denver hosts a large number of attractions including the great Rocky Mountain. A large number of tourists throng the city all year round.
