With a T-Rex greeting you at the entrance, you just know you are embarking on adventure, and the museum does not disappoint.

Even very young children, just starting to become interested in dinosaurs, will be fascinated by the Prehistoric Journey Gallery. The exhibits trace the earth’s history from single cell organisms to prehistoric humans.

In the Prehistoric Journey Gallery, you will witness a fight between an Allosaurus and Stegosaurus, complete with sound effects. Children can handle real fossils and watch paleontologists prepare newly discovered fossils for exhibit or study.

For those who are more interested in human history, exhibits show the cultural diversity of North American Indian tribes. Exhibits show the environment’s influence on their clothing, housing, diet, and the ways of life of Native Americans before European contact.
